How do I receive my Covid-19 test result?

Your lab or collection site will contact you directly with your Covid-19 test results.
Test results are provided by the lab directly. Your collection site should provide instruction
during your appointment about how to retrieve results once available. Depending on the lab, you
should expect to receive an email once your test results are available (remember to check junk and
spam folders). Results will be sent typically within 48 hours of your test, but this may vary
depending on the lab and the type of test.
TrustAssure does not transmit health documents directly. Only your testing or lab provider can
provide your lab result.
Please understand due to regulations we cannot assist you directly with your lab result. If you
open up a support ticket asking for assistance in getting your lab result you will get an automatic
standard reply and your support ticket will be closed.
Occasionally disruptions may occur during the testing process. In these cases, you should contact
your provider directly.
