CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.* Late Cancellations/No-Shows : A cancellation is considered late when made 48 hours or less before a scheduled appointment. A no-show occurs when an appointment is missed.* CANCELLING YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT To cancel your appointment, you will need your Appointment Confirmation Number, which can be found in your TrustAssure appointment confirmation email. *Please refer to section for more information about fees and cancellation policies. Cancellation Fees & Policies RESCHEDULING A BOOKED APPOINTMENT TrustAssure does not currently support the ability to reschedule an appointment on your behalf.
For same-day reschedule requests at the original booking location, you will need to contact your test site location directly to request a change.
If you need to reschedule an existing appointment and are within the
TrustAssure cancellation window
