How do I cancel or reschedule my COVID-19 test?

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 48 hours of the booked appointment.
To cancel your existing appointment, please complete the TrustAssure Cancellation Request form online.
You will need your Appointment Confirmation Number, which can be found in your TrustAssure appointment confirmation email.
Please note: Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment may result in a non-refundable $49 administration and oversight fee.
No-show appointments will be charged at the full price of the appointment booking. Refer to your appointment confirmation message for additional cancellation and refund policies.
Rescheduling
TrustAssure does not currently support the ability to reschedule an appointment on your behalf.
For same-day reschedule requests at the original booking location, you will need to contact your test site
location directly to request a change.
PLEASE NOTE: TrustAssure does not collect personal or financial information from passengers over the
phone and does not book, reschedule or cancel lab appointments for customers over the phone.
