CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.*

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: A cancellation is considered late when made 48 hours or less before a
scheduled appointment. A no-show occurs when an appointment is missed.*

CANCELLING YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

To cancel your existing appointment, please complete the TrustAssure Cancellation Request form
online.

You will need your Appointment Confirmation Number, which can be found in your TrustAssure appointment confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES

Cancellation with Refund: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via
TrustAssure's Cancellation Request form will be processed without penalty.



Non-refundable: Late cancellations and no-show's will be charged the full price of the booked
appointment without exception.


REFUND REQUESTS
Please submit all refund requests to TrustAssure through the Refund Request form.




PAYMENT FOR APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
Payment is completed at time of checkout and is subject to all stated policies.
